SHIPPING INFORMATION
The shipping information only applies to the order made and shipped within the United States(No PO box address). The order will be shipped by UPS and fully insured. The shipping fee is based on the weight of the package and would be informed when you checkout. Please go to Shipping Info for details on shipping.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us first if you want to return or exchange any item.
Only store credit refund will be issued for the purchase price of the return item(excluding shipping costs). If you are seeking replacement or exchange, you will still have to pay shipping charges for the new item. You may also visit our physical store for return/exchange.
To return an item by mail, please note the reason for return or exchange on the top of your order confirmation or receipt. Enclose your order confirmation or receipt with the item, ship, insured, and prepaid the freight(by you, the customer), to:

SALES TAX
Sales tax(9.75%) is automatically applied if shipping address is in California or New York. No sales tax applied for shipping address to other states.

Gift packaging is free of charge. Each of our piece come with a gift box which you dont need to worry about gift wrapping.
