Crystal Flower, Fiery Red: Lotus Flower

Design Concept:

The lotus flower is not typically depicted as red in popular culture. Inspired by the gravity-defying resilience of such a humble flower that rises from the mud, we have attributed the most resilient and passionate color available in glass form - fiery red. While the purity of the lotus in spiritual texts is unquestionable, its determination and passion are equally undeniable. The use of liuli medium adds to this depth, bringing the two-piece artwork to life and lending hope to anyone who appreciates the personality of this sacred life form.

蓮花在流行文化中通常不被描繪成紅色。受這種從泥土中升起的卑微的花的重力抗爭的啟發，我們將最有彈性和最有激情的顏色歸結為玻璃形式--火紅。雖然蓮花在精神文本中的純潔性是毋庸置疑的，但它的決心和熱情也同樣是不可否認的。琉璃介質的使用增加了這種深度，使這兩件藝術品栩栩如生，給任何欣賞這種神聖生命形式的人帶來了希望。
