The Collection: A Chinese LIULI Flower

Design Concept:

A crystal glass figurine of the iris flower representing love, light, and goodness.

In ancient Greece, women’s souls were believed to be guided by the goddess Iris to the Elysian Fields.  Via rainbow in the afterlife.  Hence, the dazzling rainbow-like iris flower is often placed at the graves of the deceased.  In this glass figurine the sharp features of the leaf work in tandem with the vibrant colors of the flower.  It reveals a stark (yet surprisingly complimenting) contrast that adds to the spirit of the flower.  To that effect, the quality of the iris is in its strong-willed beauty.
