Crystal Flower, Lotus, A Fresh and Wonderful Blessing-Lotus

Design Concept:

The collection “Flowers of the Earth” departs from LIULI studio’s colorful artworks of flowers for a purer expression. And purity is a strong element in the character of the lotus flower, regarded as one of the most spiritual symbols in Far Eastern philosophy. “A Fresh and Wonderful Blessing” takes abstracted crystal and combines it with the subtly evocative flower. The resulting artwork is a simple yet elegant expression of a wonderful blessing.

荷花根莖深植在池塘底部的淤泥裡，荷葉、花瓣挺出水面，象徵著從充滿瑣碎事物的日常生活中，超脫出來，享受一種不受拘束的自在。荷花花語純淨、純潔、自由脫俗、謙虛、調和、永恆的喜悅、君子之交淡如水等。荷花代表著純潔的象徵，同時也隱喻君子高潔、不同流合汙的品格。挺立的花瓣、超拔的力量。花瓣造型成挺立的感覺，強調一股從泥土裡超拔出來的力量，和清新脫俗的感覺。數字8的瓶身造型，瓶身像8的造型，8的諧音「發」，又與「花」押韻，既有花的美好聯想，也有祝福前程發達、前景一片看好的美好寓意。中國繪畫的留白風格。花瓶瓶身全白透明的設計，像是中國繪畫裡獨有的留白風格。純粹的白色，增加視覺的想像空間；色彩學上，白色傳達明亮、輕快的視覺感受，象徵著生命的活動力。花瓶的瓶身雖是白色，細看，仍可發現其中運用不同程度的拋光作用，形成白色漸層的變化，瓶身白色琉紋，也呈現出近似水墨暈染的效果。水墨的暈染，像是水的漣漪，乾淨、清澈、輕盈中帶點淡雅的韻味。
