Crystal Flower, Iris, Arising through Contentment (Special Edition, Come with Display Base)

Design Concept:

A crystal glass figurine of the iris flower representing love, light, and goodness.

In ancient Greece, women's souls were believed to be guided by the goddess Iris to the Elysian Fields via rainbow in the afterlife. Hence, the dazzling rainbow-like iris flower is often placed at the graves of the deceased. In this glass figurine, the sharp features of the leaf work in tandem with the vibrant colors of the flower, revealing a stark (yet surprisingly complementary) contrast that adds to the spirit of the flower. To that effect, the quality of the iris is in its strong-willed beauty.

設計概念說明：

鳶尾花象徵彩虹的希望，是愛的使者，作品葉子'造型如海浪般充滿生命力，鳶尾花如蝴蝶飛舞，邁向光明的未來。在這個玻璃雕像中，葉子的尖銳特徵與花的鮮豔色彩相配合，顯示出一種鮮明的對比，鳶尾的葉似劍，花似蝶；作品保留了植物的肌理，放大了植物的細節，也放大了葉與花因氣質迥然而形成的張力：葉如潮湧動，躍起，花在浪頭綻放，與葉尖對峙，鋒利與溫柔兩相對照，讓靜物甦醒，生命的戲劇，上演新的一幕。花與葉，剛柔並濟的意志，歸於圓融，飛舞，向著自由與光明。
