Returned merchandise should be presented in unused or saleable condition in original packaging. 30 days following the date of delivery except Jewelry Collection.

Refund will be issued for the purchase price of the return merchandise excluding shipping costs.  If you are seeking replacement or exchange, you will still have to pay shipping charges for the new merchandise.
